The first part of the prayer I heard from a woman who shared with me a very simple prayer to trust in God:

Guide me,
direct me,
show me.

Please give me hope,
so I may live in hope.
Help me to know Your love
in the depths of my whole being,
so I may be rooted in Your love.
Amen.
